The boarding facility is fully climate-controlled for year-round comfort and features a double-fenced, double-latched outdoor exercise yard for dogs. Safety remains the hospital’s top priority, with covered kennel options available for climbers. Cats enjoy relaxing accommodations and are given supervised out-of-cage time, with the option for socialization among compatible feline family members.

To support health and hygiene, all boarders may enjoy optional bathing services before returning home. These baths help remove dirt, odors, and allergens, while medicated options are available for pets with itchy or sensitive skin. Each boarding stay also includes Capstar® flea prevention, which begins killing adult fleas within 30 minutes, helping protect pets and households from infestations.

Pets must be in good health, free of parasites, friendly with people and other animals, and up to date on required vaccinations. A current vaccination record must be provided prior to check-in, and pets in heat are not boarded unless medically necessary.
