AAA LifeOS & C(H+A)RM, an open-source framework uniting AI Immortality and Biological Longevity, has raised $5.6 million in a Seed+ round led by YZi Labs, NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture capital arm), and Huobi Ventures.
The funds will accelerate the rollout of Vital and Anima — two core systems designed to extend human life and preserve digital consciousness through AI.

The company was incubated by ConsenSys (creator of MetaMask, founded by Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin) and is led by a technical team with backgrounds at Google DeepMind, Meta AI (LLaMA/GenAI), Stanford, and Y Combinator.
