Pledge4Peace has launched a new anonymous workplace rating platform designed to help employees share honest experiences while promoting ethical, fair, and peace-centered workplace practices worldwide.
The platform allows employees to rate their workplace anonymously, without submitting personal data, names, or identifying information. Reviews focus on core values such as dignity, respect, fairness, safety, and ethical leadership, areas often overlooked in traditional workplace evaluation systems.
Employees can also add their workplace to the Pledge4Peace directory if it is not already listed, helping others learn about organizational culture and encouraging transparency across industries.
The initiative supports Pledge4Peace’s broader mission to foster accountability through nonviolent, constructive engagement. Anonymous reviews may help identify organizations aligned with ethical standards, as well as those that may benefit from improvement and dialogue.
The platform also connects to the Peace Seal, a global certification recognizing businesses committed to peace-centered governance and ethical workplace practices.
“This initiative gives people a safe way to speak honestly while encouraging organizations to lead with integrity,” said Shelsys Rivera, CEO of Pledge4Peace.
Participation is open globally. Employees can rate or add a workplace at:
