Growth and Operational Highlights
Fidel Softech has reported continuous growth over the last 13 quarters, marking a strong trajectory in the IT and LangTech sectors. During FY 2025, the company achieved a major milestone by initiating and stabilizing operations at its USA office, strengthening its on-ground presence in global markets. As part of its expansion strategy, Fidel is also in the process of acquiring a U.S.-based entity, which will further enhance its service delivery and international reach.

Fidel continues to empower communities through education and sustainability:
• Support for NFBM Jagriti School for Blind Girls, Pune (March 7, 2025): Promoted inclusive learning with Braille literacy and computer-assisted education.
• Solar Skills Training with Thinksharp Foundation (July 4, 2025): Trained 25 underprivileged youth in solar repair, soft skills, and career guidance, boosting clean energy employment.

Leadership at the AGM
The AGM was presided over by Chairman Mr. Sunil Kulkarni, who addressed the company’s achievements, challenges, and future vision. The Board of Directors, including Managing Director Ms. Prachi Kulkarni, Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer Ms. Sneha Ratnaparkhi, and Independent Directors Mr. Girish Desai, Ms. Prajakta Kotasthane, and Mr. Pradeep Dharane, were present.
