B2B research firm Market Expertise has elevated Bob Qureshi MBE as its new Managing Director. The move is part of a broader strategic alliance between Market Expertise and Prevision Research, with both firms set to work closely together to raise the bar in B2B research.
Bob is a recipient of the MBE, awarded in the 2026 New Year Honours, recognising his contributions to both his profession and the wider community.
A Familiar Face in a New Role
Bob is no stranger to Market Expertise. He has been part of the company’s advisory board for the past three years, contributing to key strategic decisions. That background makes his transition to Managing Director a natural one.
In his new role, Bob will take charge of the company’s international growth plans, overseeing operations across offices in Pune, London, Dubai, and New York. He will also continue in his advisory capacity, keeping things consistent as the company scales.
As part of the updated structure, Neil Cantle, who came on board in 2025 as EMEA Sales Director will now report directly to Bob. This is designed to keep the leadership focused and aligned as Market Expertise grows its global client base.
What the CEO Has to Say
Market Expertise Chief Executive Vicky Shabi spoke about the appointment: “Bob’s move to Managing Director is a natural next step, given everything he has brought to the table as an advisory board member over the last three years. He knows our business, our clients, and where we want to go. With demand growing across multiple markets, his experience and network puts him in a strong position to help us move faster”
The Alliance with Prevision Research
Alongside the leadership news, Market Expertise has formalised a working partnership with Prevision Research, a UK-based firm co-founded by Bob. The two companies will share resources and capabilities. Prevision brings strong telephone interviewing operations and local project management in the UK, while Market Expertise adds its multi-country interviewing networks and global delivery infrastructure.
Vicky Shabi added: The UK is a key market for many of our clients. This partnership gives us stronger local delivery while also extending what we can do internationally. It’s built on shared values and a real commitment to quality.
Stephen Bairfelt, Managing Director of Prevision Research, also commented: “This strengthens our ability to support agencies, consultancies, and end clients who need reliable access to business audiences, whether in one market or across a global research programme”
Together, Market Expertise and Prevision Research are looking to build a stronger, more connected offering for B2B clients around the world.
