Prometheus Sailing is the positive yacht management company behind the Prometheus Sailing UK fleet of charter sailing yachts. Led by MD Simon Boulding along with his highly experienced group, who between them have over 90 years experience at running very professional:

- yacht charters
- flotilla sailing
- corporate racing events
- RYA sea school training

Having headed up Sunsail's Port Solent based operations for 7 years, Prometheus Sailing was set up in 2021 as the time was right for the team to take control of ownership and monitoring of the fleet.

Our name Prometheus Sailing was inspired by the Greek god Prometheus. His role in Greek mythology was to bring expertise and civilisation to mankind.

We run the biggest sailing school in the UK, instructing lots of people to sail yearly. Also we present and show lots of people to appreciate sailing with our corporate sailing activities. From this our company name was born.
