Quantum Proof (QP) Goes Live, Setting a New Standard for Quantum-Resistant Blockchain Security

Quantum Proof (qqp.io) offers quantum-safe blockchain infrastructure to protect assets, wallets, and smart contracts. Its ecosystem features the native QP asset plus BTC-Q and ETH-Q—mirrored assets built to withstand future cryptographic threats.

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA — Quantum Proof (QP), a next-generation blockchain built to address the coming realities of quantum computing, announced today that its network is officially live. Designed from the ground up to eliminate single points of failure and withstand quantum-era threats, QP represents a fundamental shift away from traditional cryptographic assumptions.

As quantum computing advances, widely used cryptographic systems—including ECDSA and RSA—are expected to become vulnerable. While much of the industry is considering Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) as a solution, QP takes a different position: that PQC approaches will introduce new structural weaknesses and false assurances of security.

“Simply replacing classical cryptography with heavier mathematical constructs is not the same as being truly quantum-proof,” said a spokesperson for Quantum Proof. “PQC systems rely on assumptions that will not hold under real quantum conditions. We believe the industry is underestimating how these systems could fail in practice.”

A Different Approach to Quantum Security

Quantum Proof avoids reliance on vulnerable key-based systems altogether. Instead, it introduces a validator-sharded, multi-factor transaction architecture that removes the single point of failure inherent in traditional wallets and signatures.

Each transaction on QP follows a distributed validation process:
A user initiates a transaction request
The request is fragmented and routed across independent validator nodes
Validators verify partial authorization and enforce policy logic
A quorum is required before final settlement
This architecture ensures that no single key, device, or compromised system can authorize or complete a transaction—making it inherently resistant to both classical and quantum attack vectors.

Positioning Against the PQC Narrative and NIST's shortcomings for standardizing.
While PQC has gained industry support, QP’s research suggests that these systems will not be as resilient as advertised. Many PQC models depend on complex mathematical hardness assumptions that could degrade under advanced quantum capabilities or unforeseen optimization techniques and they underestimate the size and capabilities of future quantum computers.

QP’s position is clear: True quantum resilience requires architectural change—not just larger or more complex keys.

Quantum Bitcoin Initiative (BTC-Q)

In parallel with its launch, Quantum Proof announced that it is actively collaborating with leaders in the Bitcoin community to develop Quantum Bitcoin (BTC-Q)—a Native Bitcoin Mirror - standard designed to operate securely within a quantum-resilient framework.

BTC-Q is intended to:

Provide a quantum-secure representation of Bitcoin
Enable continued utility of BTC in a post-quantum environment
Leverage QP’s architecture as a secure transaction backbone
This initiative reflects a growing recognition that Bitcoin, while dominant today, may require structural adaptation to remain viable in the quantum era. BTC-Q is a mirrored asset that will exchange @ 1:1 w BTC and run an identical dynamic framework , while running on institutional grade quantum native rails .

Community and Access

Quantum Proof is now live and open for early participants, developers, and partners. The team encourages those interested in quantum security, next-generation blockchain infrastructure, and BTC-Q to join the community channels for direct access to updates and discussions.

Telegram and Discord links are available through official QP channels.

QP aims to redefine what it means to be secure in the age of quantum computing.
