CLEVELAND, Ohio (August 2, 2026) — Rapp Creative Studio, a Cleveland web design and video production company serving small businesses in Northeast Ohio and nationally, has launched under founder Henri Rapp.

The studio builds websites and produces video from the same shop, an approach Rapp says comes from watching businesses hire the two separately and end up with neither one working. Sites launch with content nobody planned. Video gets produced without a clear job to do. Both cost money and neither performs.

Rapp comes to web design from 11 years as a production sound mixer, with on-set credits spanning national commercials, television, film, and documentary work. He produced a Netflix comedy special end to end, from pre-production through post, working directly with the comedian. That background informs how the studio approaches video, where production scale is dictated by purpose and budget rather than sold as a package.

The web side started with his own site. Rapp built and marketed henrirapp.com himself, and it ranks locally and nationally for production sound terms while generating consistent inbound leads through organic search. The approach he used there is the one the studio now brings to clients.

"Most small business websites don't fail because of the tool they were built on," Rapp said. "They fail because nobody thought about what the site was supposed to accomplish before they started building it. There's no content strategy, no search strategy, and no plan for how a visitor turns into a customer. The design ends up being the only thing anyone considered."

Every project starts with a deep dive call into the business. Copy is written in the client's own voice rather than pulled from a template, and sites are engineered for organic search from the start rather than optimized after launch. Builds run on WordPress with WP Engine hosting and Cloudflare CDN delivery, managed directly by Rapp on an ongoing basis so clients aren't left maintaining a technical stack they didn't ask for.

Video production runs as a co-equal service line. Work scales from single-operator shoots to full crews with a director of photography, gaffer, grip, art direction, and post, with camera and lighting packages sourced from professional rental houses to match the scope of the project.
