Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 27 September 2026: Recruitment Mantra, the Salt Lake based recruitment and staffing consultancy, has set out fixed service terms for employers hiring in volume. Companies filling a batch of roles receive curated CVs within three working days and interview line-ups within three to five working days. They also receive a bulk-hiring discount of 10 to 20 per cent on invoice value.
The terms apply to the firm's recruitment process outsourcing and manpower service. That service handles volume and bulk hiring alongside contract staffing, executive search and payroll administration. Each placement carries a one-time free replacement if the hire leaves within 90 days.
Most of the demand comes from the sectors where the firm already works most: BPO and KPO, BFSI, pharma, logistics and IT enabled services. The roles are typically front-line positions such as customer care, back office and MIS, field sales, delivery, warehouse and collections, where an employer may need dozens of people to start on the same date. Many employers scale these teams ahead of the festive and year-end period.
The firm says it has served more than 1,000 employer hiring mandates and placed more than 10,000 job seekers. Candidates are never charged a fee at any stage, as the employer pays for the service.
