MORDEN, England, 12 October 2026 - Remindoo Limited today announced the launch of Remindoo, practice management software and an accounting CRM designed for UK accountants, bookkeepers and tax advisers. Remindoo was built by accountants who were tired of stitching together separate tools to run their practice. It began as a spreadsheet used in the founders' own practice and has grown into a single platform that covers the client journey from first enquiry to recurring compliance work.

From lead to engagement

Remindoo includes a leads pipeline with an automated leads chaser, so new enquiries are followed up consistently. Firms can produce proposals and letters of engagement and have them signed using built-in e-signature. AML checks and risk assessments are built into the platform, with no separate third-party sign-up required.

Running the practice day to day

For ongoing work, Remindoo provides task management, recurring deadlines, automated reminders and client chasing, alongside email triage to help teams keep on top of incoming correspondence. A client portal supports secure document collection. Integrations
