Damascus, MD, October 25, 2026: Rip n Flip, LLC (doing business as Rip N Flip Construction), a construction, reconstruction and insurance restoration company, has secured a major contract with a regional insurance restoration company to handle residential and commercial storm damage repairs across Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and Pennsylvania.

The agreement puts Rip n Flip's crews on the front line of storm recovery, handling everything from roofing and siding to interior reconstruction on homes and commercial buildings alike.
