A Focused Sourcing Platform for Japanese Products
Backed by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the fair focuses exclusively on Japanese food and beverage (F&B) exports.
Unlike general food exhibitions, it brings producers, manufacturers, and exporters from across Japan into a single venue, enabling international buyers to compare products, assess potential suppliers, and build direct business relationships.
Source 3,000+ Japanese Products in One Visit
From premium matcha from Kyoto and wagyu beef to sake, craft beverages, seafood, processed foods, and confectionery, buyers can explore more than 3,000 products, including many that are not yet widely available outside Japan.
With export-ready products gathered under one roof, buyers can efficiently compare products and suppliers, discover new sourcing opportunities, and shortlist potential products for their markets.
Discover Products You May Not Find Outside Japan
The Winter 2026 edition will also spotlight regional specialties from across Japan, giving international buyers access to locally rooted products that can be difficult to discover outside the country.
From Hokkaido confectionery to other regional foods and beverages, the fair offers buyers opportunities to discover distinctive products, differentiate their portfolios, and introduce new Japanese products to their markets.
NEW: Japanese Tableware & Kitchenware Fair Debuts This Winter
As Japanese cuisine continues to gain popularity worldwide, interest in Japanese tableware is also growing, driven by demand for authentic dining experiences and Japanese craftsmanship.
Responding to this trend, the show will launch its first-ever Japanese Tableware & Kitchenware Fair. Buyers can source food and non-food products in one visit, creating new opportunities for retailers, distributors, and hospitality businesses to expand their offerings.
Why International Buyers Visit
The exhibitions welcomed 33,745 visitors, 932 exhibitors, and participants from 55 countries and regions, with 94% of visitors indicating their intention to visit again. *Based on combined results from the 2025 editions and concurrent shows, as well as visitor survey results.
International buyers value the show as a platform to discover new Japanese suppliers and products. A U.S. supermarket buyer highlighted the opportunity to identify new suppliers and recommended the show to sourcing professionals targeting the U.S. market. An Indian tea importer highlighted the opportunity to discover suppliers and regions, noting that the fair has become a key part of its sourcing strategy as demand for matcha grows in India.
