Salmon Developers Ltd, one of Bangladesh’s leading land-sharing real estate companies, has successfully completed the initial soil test for its “Salmon Florentine” project located in the “N” Block of Bashundhara Residential Area. The soil test was conducted on August 5, 2025, at 10:30 AM as a crucial part of the project’s preliminary development phase.

The event was graced by respected shareholders, along with Mr. Md. Meheraj Uddin Faysal, Managing Director of Salmon Developers Ltd., Mr. Hasnat Arif, Deputy Managing Director, and other key officials of the company.

This soil test marks an important step towards ensuring the structural safety and long-term durability of the building. With its successful completion, the Salmon Florentine project has moved one step closer to fulfilling the promise of delivering modern housing in one of Dhaka’s most prestigious residential areas.
