2 onions, 4-5 dried red chilies, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp Kolhapuri kanda-lasun masala, 1 tomato, coriander leaves, oil
Kolhapuri Pandhara Rassa (White Curry):
1 cup fresh grated coconut, 1 onion, 4-5 cashews, 1 tsp poppy seeds (khuskhus), whole spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom), ginger-garlic paste, coconut milk (optional)
