Partnership combines AI-powered early health assessment, wellness education, and structured support programs to help Malaysians identify early signs of diabetes or kidney-related risk
KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — Santa Wellness TCM and Funeng Yuan today announced a strategic collaboration in Malaysia to promote Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) awareness, expand access to AI-powered health screening, and strengthen public education around diabetes and kidney health.
The collaboration is designed to address a growing health challenge in Malaysia by helping individuals identify early signs of metabolic imbalance, diabetes-related risk, and possible kidney disorder concerns through technology-enabled screening and structured wellness guidance. By combining AI health check solutions with wellness education and specialized support procedures, both organizations aim to encourage earlier action, better awareness, and more proactive health management.
A key feature of the initiative is the introduction of AI health check assessments intended to help individuals gain earlier visibility into possible warning signs associated with diabetes progression, blood sugar imbalance, and kidney-related stress indicators. The goal is to enable the public to seek attention earlier, before conditions worsen, and to better understand the importance of lifestyle, monitoring, and timely intervention.
Santa Wellness TCM will also introduce its specialized wellness procedures and structured support approach aimed at helping individuals with diabetes-related conditions pursue better outcomes through guided lifestyle improvement, wellness monitoring, nutritional awareness, and complementary care strategies. The program is intended to support condition improvement and healthier long-term management, especially when adopted early and in conjunction with professional medical supervision.
“Too many people only take action when symptoms become severe,” said Dawn, CEO, Santa Wellness TCM. “Our mission is to use AI technology and wellness education to help people detect possible risks earlier, understand their condition more clearly, and take disciplined steps toward improvement. We believe many individuals can achieve meaningful progress with the right support, the right knowledge, and the right timing.”
“Fu Neng Yuan is committed to bringing Traditional Chinese Medicine awareness into a more modern, accessible, and community-focused framework,” said Annie Tan, CEO, Fu Neng Yuan Sdn Bhd. “By combining TCM wellness philosophy with AI-assisted screening and education, we hope to empower more Malaysians to respond earlier, manage chronic risks more effectively, and build stronger confidence in their health journey.”
Under the collaboration, Santa Wellness TCM and Funeng Yuan plan to roll out public health talks, wellness campaigns, AI-assisted screening programs, consultations, and educational outreach initiatives across Malaysia. These efforts will focus on increasing public understanding of preventive care, body balance, metabolic health, kidney wellness, and the role of complementary wellness support in long-term condition management.
The partnership also reflects a broader movement toward integrative health models, where technology, community education, and traditional wellness knowledge work together to support earlier awareness and more personalized health engagement. Through this model, both organizations hope to help more people move away from passive acceptance of chronic illness and toward informed, structured action.
Both parties emphasized that the initiative is intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical diagnosis and treatment. Individuals with diabetes, kidney concerns, or related symptoms are encouraged to consult qualified healthcare professionals, undergo proper laboratory testing and medical evaluation, and follow an appropriate care plan under professional supervision.
As Malaysia continues to face rising rates of lifestyle-related illness, the Santa Wellness TCM–Funeng Yuan collaboration aims to deliver a timely message: early detection matters, education matters, and with the right support system, many people may improve their condition and quality of life significantly.
