A public marketplace built on broker-owned data now connects buyers, sellers and investors across every major property type.

SANTA MONICA, Calif., August 13, 2026. Duxre, the AI-native operating system built for commercial real estate brokers, today announced expanded access to its public marketplace, Data to Deals (marketplace.duxre.com). The marketplace now connects buyers, sellers and investors across office, industrial, retail, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, self-storage and land and development properties, with AI-generated listing briefs available for select properties to help principals evaluate opportunities faster.

Commercial real estate brokers have spent years working across CRMs, email platforms, listing sites and marketing tools that were never built to talk to each other. Contacts live in one system. Listing activity lives in another. Deal history sits in inboxes and spreadsheets. The result is a fragmented workflow that costs brokers time on both sides of the business: investment sales teams juggling buyer lists and offering materials through a long marketing process and leasing teams tracking availabilities, tenant requirements, tours and renewals without a system that connects any of it back to the relationship.

Duxre was built to close that gap. Its CRM is designed around how brokers actually work, reducing manual data entry rather than adding to it. Branded intelligent microsites, built for individual listings, teams and brokerages, feed visitor and inquiry activity directly into the CRM. An integrated email engine built specifically for CRE tracks sends, opens and clicks against the same contact record. Dash, the platform's AI assistant, is trained on CRM and industry data to support deal-making. And AI Brief turns a broker's own deal file into a verified document built for AI tools to read, giving principals a faster way to get accurate information about a deal.

Data to Deals extends that same approach to the public side of the business. Rather than routing broker-generated activity through a third-party platform that monetizes the traffic, Duxre keeps the marketplace connected to the broker's own CRM and contact data. A buyer who engages with a listing on the marketplace becomes a tracked contact in the broker's system, not a lead sold back to them.

"Brokers have always generated the activity that makes these platforms valuable. The problem is that most of that value has gone to the platform instead of the broker," said Sean Fulp, Founder and CEO of Duxre. "We built Data to Deals so that when a buyer or tenant engages with a listing, that activity flows back into the broker's own CRM, not into someone else's database. Brokers should own the relationships they build, on the investment sales side and on the leasing side alike."

Fulp brings more than 20 years as a practicing capital markets broker to Duxre's design, having been involved in more than $7 billion in brokered transactions over his career. That background shapes the platform's core position: technology should support broker judgment and relationships, not replace them or extract value from them.
