Auction it Now Auto provides an online marketplace connecting vehicle buyers and sellers through our auction platform. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to any sale between users except as expressly provided in these terms.

Vehicle Purchases
All vehicle sales through our platform are final once the auction has ended. Auction it Now acts solely as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers and does not offer returns or refunds for vehicles purchased through the platform.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle and conducting all necessary checks before placing a bid. By bidding, buyers acknowledge and accept the vehicle's condition as described by the seller.

We strongly encourage all buyers to:

Thoroughly review all vehicle information and documentation
Attend vehicle inspections when available
Request additional information from sellers before bidding
Consider arranging independent inspections for high-value purchases
All vehicle sales through Auction it Now are final once the auction ends. Auction it Now acts solely as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers and does not offer returns or refunds for any vehicle purchased through the platform.

Platform Fees
Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published. If a listing is rejected during our review process, the listing fee will be refunded to the seller's account.

Final value fees are non-refundable except in cases where:

The winning bidder fails to complete the purchase.
Auction it Now determines that the transaction cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the seller's control.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, Auction it Now may, at its discretion, act as a mediator to help resolve the issue. However, we are not obligated to intervene in disputes and reserve the right to make final decisions regarding refunds or other remedies.
