Thane, Maharashtra, India, 9 October 2026: Mark n Stamp offers its laser marking machines with five laser source options, fiber MOPA at 30W, 60W and 120W, a 30W CO2 and a 5W UV, across four machine formats, so the source can be matched to the material rather than the material to whatever laser the buyer owns.
The Stallion is an enclosed Class 1 station weighing 132 kg, with a working space of 400 by 300 by 160 mm, an automatic operating door with a 400 mm vertical opening and a powered Z axis with 250 mm of travel. The larger Stallion XL Station weighs 275 kg and offers 650 by 500 by 300 mm of working space for bigger parts. Both take components up to 300 mm high, connect over Ethernet or USB, and accept an optional NC heavy duty rotary axis.
"Fiber is right for most steel, but the moment a customer brings plastics, coated parts or something heat sensitive, one source stops being enough," said Kaushik Kale, Director and Chief Executive Officer, Stamp'IT Robotai and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. "We would rather ask what is going under the lens first and fit the source to it. The enclosure is the same, the door is the same, and the operator learns one machine."
For integration and high-speed marking, the ECO laser is a compact 30W MOPA head of 45 kg, supplied as an open Class 4 unit or at 53 kg with a safety enclosure. The self-standing ECO-Max carries the full source range and weighs 85 kg, or 100 kg enclosed. Marking fields run from 110 by 110 mm as standard up to 250 by 250 mm.
MOPA fiber sources allow pulse width to be adjusted, which reduces the heat affected zone on sensitive components and supports fine marking on both metallic and non-metallic material.
Details of the laser marking machines and source options are available from the company's Thane office.
