Chef Sahil, Executive Chef at Ava Hotel Zirakpur, won 1st Prize in Fruit & Vegetable Carving at the 15th Rose Festival 2026, Panjab University. His watermelon carvings of Shri Krishna & Lord Shiva and artistic greenery display impressed all.
