Max Estates has completed the first phase of its housing partnership with Habitat for Humanity, handing over 25 homes to residents of Rewari village in Haryana. The initiative is funded in part through residential sales at Estate 128, the company's ultra-luxury project in Sector 128, Noida.
The program directs a portion of proceeds from Estate 128 toward addressing housing needs for marginalized families in the region, rather than treating CSR as a separate, disconnected budget line. Phase I focused on Rewari; Max Estates has not yet disclosed a location or timeline for a second phase.
Estate 128 itself is progressing on schedule. Tower 3 recently completed its thirty-fifth floor slab, and all four towers are under active construction. The project is IGBC Platinum Pre-Certified and registered with UP RERA under UPRERAPRJ446459, with a second phase, Estate 128 - II, registered separately under UPRERAPRJ294911/12/2024.
Beyond the tower work, Estate 128 is built around what Max Estates calls its LiveWell philosophy - courtyards and shaded walkways designed for everyday interaction, native landscaping to preserve the site's microclimate, and over 80% of the site kept as open green space. The project's amenity complex, The Hub, spans 46,000 sq ft.
Max Estates is a real estate developer of commercial and residential properties in Delhi NCR, part of Max Group. Established in 2016, the company focuses on sustainable, well-being-led developments across Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram.
