How STEWARD answers

Every answer follows one path. STEWARD retrieves from the sources the customer designates and cites each passage. When a question needs the user's current state, STEWARD reads the customer's own API at question time, under the user's own login. The user's token passes through unread. STEWARD never stores the token and keeps no index or copy of the live system. Live records follow the user's permissions. When a question needs a calculation or a chart, STEWARD runs the analysis in a sealed sandbox with no network access. When the material does not cover a question, STEWARD answers NOT FOUND IN YOUR MATERIAL and names the gap.

STEWARD reads. The person decides. The expert never books, sends, approves or changes a record.

The record

Every answer the server delivers leaves a full trace: the question, the excerpts used, each live read and analysis run, each model call with its prompt, completion and cost, and the reason the turn ended. Customers see the same traces SOLEUM sees. The record holds no user identity. Records are logged and exportable, and every billed credit links to the trace behind the charge.

Security and data boundary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock is the sole model provider. Inference runs through a private endpoint, and no model-provider key exists anywhere in the platform. AWS services alone process institutional content. The output guardrail redacts Social Security number, email and phone patterns before any text reaches the user.

Developers create a product in the console, connect a GitHub repository or a Drive folder, mint a key and paste the snippet from the public playground in HTML, React or Angular.
