Kevin Fournier Announces Intent to File $100 Million Lawsuit Against Tony Robbins & Robbins Research International, Alleging Years of Surveillance and Harassment

LEWISTON, Maine — July 20, 2026 — Kevin Fournier has notified Tony Robbins & Robbins Research International of his intent to pursue a $100 million lawsuit, alleging a multi-year campaign of covert surveillance, computer intrusion, and harassment that he says began after a face-to-face conversation with Tony Robbins in 2014.

According to Fournier, Robbins told him during that conversation that he had instructed staff to "watch him." Fournier alleges that Robbins subsequently referenced intimate details about his personal life, including derogatory comments about his sex life, which Fournier says could only be explained by unauthorized surveillance of his home.
Fournier further alleges that he was subjected to sustained harassment by individuals he believes were connected to Robbins' staff, and that his personal computer equipment was repeatedly compromised.

"The evidence I've collected over the past 12 years is overwhelming," Fournier said. "I recorded 30 clicks in 30 minutes on my devices, and they also hacked my computers."

Fournier says one of his computers was spontaneously reformatted and had its data erased, an incident he attributes to the same alleged intrusion. He states that he has compiled nearly 300 pieces of evidence that he believes documents hacking, stalking, and harassment connected to these claims.

Fournier says he intends to present this evidence as part of a forthcoming legal filing seeking $100 million in damages.

Attempts to reach a representative for Tony Robbins & Robbins Research International for comment were unsuccessful as of publication.

These are allegations at this stage; no lawsuit has yet been filed, and the claims described above have not been tested or verified in a court of law.
