More than 100 verified professionals joined during the platform's early-access phase, which followed two years of development by a three-person founding team. Members have come from clinical practice, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, research and health technology. The community also includes scientists, AI and machine-learning specialists, cybersecurity leaders, engineers, finance professionals, product strategists and data specialists. The healthcare emphasis reflects where the company is inviting experts first, not a limit on who can join, and organisations from any sector can request consultations.

The company dates to 2024, when founder Megha Chaudhari worked inside the expert network industry and saw friction on both sides of the market. Highly experienced professionals receive repeated outreach for opportunities that are often irrelevant to their expertise, while smaller organisations such as startups, SMEs, investment teams and research groups can find traditional expert engagement too costly or too slow to be practical. She built the company with technical co-founders Prasanth Kumar Nagothi and Vadithya Ranjith Sai, who lead platform engineering and backend architecture respectively.

Professionals on the platform create a verified profile, define their expertise and availability, set their own consulting rates, and choose which consultations to accept. Communication, scheduling and payments are handled within a single secure workspace. The matching system analyses professional experience, industry, role and consultation requirements to surface relevant experts, with the aim of reducing search effort rather than replacing the conversation itself.

Longer term, the founding team is working toward an expert intelligence ecosystem combining verified professionals, direct consultations, curated industry knowledge and AI-powered insight. The immediate priority is deepening the healthcare and life-sciences community, while the platform remains open across finance, technology, cybersecurity, science, consulting, manufacturing, energy and other specialist fields.
