The latest release introduces drag-and-drop task prioritization on web, Global Search across projects and messages, and a smoother onboarding flow for crews and subcontractors joining projects.

On busy jobsites, priorities can shift by the hour. Instead of manually renumbering tasks or rebuilding schedules, TaskTag now lets users drag and drop tasks instantly to reflect what matters most right now.

Crews see updated priorities immediately, helping teams stay focused without extra calls, texts, or confusion.

The update also introduces Global Search, giving users one place to search tasks, projects, and messages across the platform. Instead of digging through folders or scrolling through old chats, teams can now find critical information in seconds.

TaskTag also simplified the process of adding new workers and subcontractors to projects.

Users can now:
- Invite people by email
- Share project invite links
- Add workers even if they do not already have TaskTag
- Let crews join projects directly from mobile web

The onboarding improvements were built to eliminate one of the biggest frustrations contractors face when introducing new software: broken signup flows and delayed crew adoption.

The release also adds clearer permission descriptions for Owners, Admins, Members, and Viewers, helping companies better manage who can access project information.
