JEPARA, Central Java, Indonesia, October 2026 - Teak Root Furniture, a teak root furniture manufacturer and exporter in Jepara, has shipped more than 300 export containers since 2016 and now offers mixed 20ft container loads to importers, wholesalers and hospitality buyers in Europe, Japan and the Gulf.

The workshop makes dining tables, coffee tables, consoles, stools and benches from whole teak root, one piece at a time, in Jepara, the Indonesian town known for teak furniture.

The programme is built around a small first order: one mixed 20ft container (MOQ 1x20'FCL), FOB Semarang, 12-week lead time, with capacity for up to four 40ft containers a month. Buyers receive photographs of every piece - and of the packing - before the container is loaded. Export packing follows ISPM 15 and is built to the buyer's specification.

"Most importers we speak to do not want a full 40ft container of one product in their first order," said August Praymunor, Overseas Marketing Director at Teak Root Furniture. "So we build mixed 20ft loads - dining tables, coffee tables, consoles and stools in a single container - and the buyer sees photos of each piece before we load it. The buyer decides what ships."

The company has exported furniture since 2000 and has supplied hotel, villa and retail projects. Documentation support for EUDR requirements is available on request.
