European event marketing agency Terra Group has been honoured with 5 awards at the Global Eventex Awards 2026 for the delivery of the SOFTSWISS Young Fest project.

Eventex Awards is one of the most prestigious international awards in the event and experience marketing industry. In 2026, 1,405 projects were submitted from around the world.

► About the SOFTSWISS Young Fest project

Terra Group organised a jubilee corporate festival on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea for SOFTSWISS - an international IT company celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2025.

The agency's task was to create to create a complete event ecosystem: from the concept and dedicated technology platform to the scenography, multi-format team building programme and logistics for thousands of participants.

► Technology and multi-format programme

As part of the project, Terra Group developed a proprietary mobile application combining participant registration, venue navigation, scheduling, gamification and real-time analytics.

The programme included dozens of parallel formats - conferences, sports tournaments, creative activities and evening shows - all designed so that employees from different countries and cultures would feel like one team.

Out of 1,405 projects submitted to the Global Eventex Awards 2026, Terra Group won 5 awards in the following categories:

The awards across 5 different categories demonstrate that the project was recognised not only as a corporate event, but also as a complex experience built on technology, data, participant engagement and precise organisation.
