The 4 Legends to be Honored are Toni Redd (Recording Artist) Teresa LaBarham (Vocal Producer) Shirley Diamond (Recording Artist) and The (Late) Keith B. Winslow, (Promoter).
Immediately after the Ceremony a Luncheon will take place at the Legendary Pascal's Restaurant located at 180 Northside Drive, Suite B Atlanta, Georgia 30313 at 11:30am.
