Tradsark New Materials (Weifang) Co., Ltd. has started operation of a new low-VOC laminating line at its facility in Weifang, Shandong Province, China. The line was put into operation on March 27, 2026.

The production line is used for aluminum foil fiberglass fabric and related heat-reflective composite materials. These materials are used in insulation, pipe wrapping, thermal shielding and fire protection products.

The equipment was supplied by Jiangyin City HongHua Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. It uses a solvent-free and low-VOC laminating process to combine fiberglass fabric with aluminum foil or reflective film.

The line includes an enclosed coating room, centralized exhaust gas collection from the drying oven, an RCO exhaust gas treatment system, online temperature control and safety interlock functions.

Tradsark said the production line was planned with attention to lamination control, oven temperature, exhaust gas collection and safe continuous operation.

As part of the same project, Tradsark also added fire protection and emergency power equipment. The factory uses ENERZIP diesel emergency water pump equipment and two 500 kVA industrial standby diesel generator sets. These systems are used for fire protection, exhaust gas treatment equipment and production control loads during utility power interruptions.

The standby power system helps keep the exhaust gas collection system, RCO treatment system, fire protection pumps and production control equipment running when utility power is interrupted.

Tradsark has completed the environmental procedures for the project, including environmental impact assessment, pollutant discharge permit or registration procedures, and environmental protection acceptance after completion. The company also operates under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

“For aluminum foil fiberglass fabric production, lamination control, exhaust gas collection, fire protection and standby power all matter in daily operation,” said a Tradsark representative. “This line gives us a more stable basis for long-term production.”

With the line now in operation, Tradsark will continue producing aluminum foil fiberglass fabric, aluminized fabric and heat-reflective insulation materials for industrial, construction and thermal protection uses.
