Grounded in the overall layout of the high-end equipment industry under China's 15th Five-Year Plan, Turbine Expo 2027 closely follows three core directions: self-reliance and control in high-end equipment, green energy transition, and digital and intelligent empowerment. Adopting a diversified, integrated model of "thematic forums + exhibition of advanced industry achievements + complete machine displays + supply-demand matchmaking," it brings together academicians and experts, top research institutes, established universities, and representatives of leading enterprises to discuss frontier breakthroughs, explore industrial paths, and build a cooperative ecosystem together. With a main forum plus 17 sub-forums, 300+ hot topics, 400+ leading exhibitors, and an exhibition area of over 30,000+ m², Turbine Expo 2027 aims to help China's aero-engine and gas turbine industries advance with high quality.
2027 Turbine Technology Conference: Converging Industry, Academia, Research, and Application to Empower a New Qualitative Leap in the Power Equipment Industry
Turbine Expo 2027 will launch a major concurrent event, the 2027 Turbine Technology Conference. Focusing on the industry's core needs and pain points, and centered on three core fields — innovative applications of gas turbines, iterative upgrading of civil aero-engines, and high-end manufacturing of large aircraft — it will gather resources from across the industry to jointly explore paths to breakthroughs in key core technologies, models of coordinated industrial development, and directions for high-quality advancement, and will make every effort to promote full self-reliance and quality- and efficiency-driven development in China's high-end power equipment industry.
The 2027 Turbine Technology Conference adopts a multi-dimensional structure of "a main forum + 17 thematic sub-forums," with a number of cutting-edge thematic forums including civil aero-engine technology, gas turbine technology, commercial space propulsion, gas turbine operation and maintenance, hydrogen gas turbine technology, new materials technology, overall systems science, advanced propulsion combustion technology, and new manufacturing technologies. The conference will invite more than 200 academicians and industry experts, as well as representatives from top research institutes, established universities, and leading enterprises. Through keynote speeches, roundtable discussions, closed-door thematic seminars, technology sharing, supply-demand matchmaking, and other formats, it will break down barriers across the entire chain of technology R&D, commercialization of results, and industrial implementation, injecting strong momentum into the innovative development of China's aero-engine and gas turbine industries and the upgrading of high-end equipment manufacturing.
2027 Civil Aero-Engine and Gas Turbine Expo: Concentrating on High-End Equipment, Empowering Energy and Power
Turbine Expo 2027 focuses on the development of the entire civil aero-engine and gas turbine industry chain. Continuing its specialized exhibition layout, it creates a linked display model of three themed halls — Hall B (Aero-Engine Hall), Hall C (Gas Turbine Hall), and Hall D (Commercial Space Propulsion Hall) — with eleven distinctive exhibition zones comprehensively covering the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments of the industry chain. With rich product categories and broad coverage, the exhibition will showcase a full range of products and solutions, including complete aero-engines, complete gas turbines, space propulsion systems, high-end core components, superalloys and advanced specialty materials, advanced manufacturing and precision machining equipment, and technical services for gas turbines and aviation propulsion.
Among them, Hall B (Aero-Engine Hall) will focus on displaying advanced complete aero-propulsion systems, high-end components (blades, blisks, core hydrogen combustion components, etc.), integrated technical services for aviation and gas turbines, supporting products for the civil aero-engine industry, and light gas turbine power equipment, along with other high-end equipment exhibits and advanced technical services.
Hall C (Gas Turbine Hall) brings together cutting-edge achievements in the gas turbine field, with sections dedicated to heavy-duty, industrial, and hydrogen-fueled gas turbines from China and abroad; new materials and advanced manufacturing processes; innovative technology achievements from universities and research institutes; supporting equipment for gas-fired power generation; and international frontier technologies, equipment operation, and maintenance support services.
Hall D (Commercial Space Propulsion Hall) will mainly display commercial space propulsion, aerospace materials, and superalloys, including launch vehicle propulsion systems, satellite in-space propulsion systems, core propulsion materials and precision components, superalloys and specialty heat-resistant metals, and lightweight high-performance metal materials for aerospace.
The three halls complement one another, connecting the entire chain of design, materials, manufacturing, commercial application, and operation and maintenance in all respects, and building a deeply integrated industrial collaboration ecosystem. They concentrate on showcasing frontier technologies in the gas turbine, aviation propulsion, and space propulsion industries, accelerating the commercial scale-up and large-scale deployment of related equipment.
