How the Platform Works

The Founder
Unbias Labs was built by Marcello Pasqualucci — a neuroscientist with 15 years of enterprise CRO experience at HSBC, Sky, Pizza Hut, Travelopia and more.
He founded the platform in 2025 during recovery from cancer, driven by a frustration that had followed him throughout his career: the methodology he used to diagnose conversion failures at Fortune 500 companies was inaccessible to the founders who needed it most.
