Since 2017, #PurpleLightUp has been accelerating disability inclusion momentum across hundreds of organisations, affecting thousands of employees in various ways. This includes painting historic buildings purple, holding events, implementing disability-inclusive workplace policies, and sparking global dialogues about disability inclusion.

Today, our Hyderabad office is lit purple to commemorate International Day of People with Disabilities (IDPwD). This United Nations-observed day aims to increase public awareness, understanding, and acceptance of people with disabilities of all kinds.

We will continue to support and encourage the development of disability-friendly workplaces.
