Why we chose Israel to birth our daughter “Peace”, besides having a right to decline all vaccinations due to religious exemption in our home country, Israel also required no vaccinations, or additional medical treatments at birth. Basically, Israel supports the parent’s right to have a Natural Birth, a right which seems to be disappearing worldwide for both the middle and lower classes. 

So that part of the plan went our way, our Baby named “Peace”, was born in Israel, Jerusalem to be exact. The part that didn’t go according to plan, was that Peace was born on route to the hospital in a yellow Taxi cab… Delivered in the back seat by yours truly, the father. We were only 10 minutes from Saint Joseph Hospital, but in hindsight, God wanted it this way and for good reasons unknowing to us at the time but trusting God in total faith. Nevertheless, Peace was born and birthed successfully, totally healthy, and she even immediately started breastfeeding. Strange that only a week before I was joking to my wife about having our baby in a manger or a taxicab, which at the time she thought was her greatest fear… Leave it to God to have a sense of humor and make things all work out for our good. 

After the birth and the 10 additional minutes to the hospital, I stayed behind to help clean the taxi and pay for the trouble, whereas the medical staff were quick to create an emergency wheeling my wife off in a wheel chair. After taking care of the taxi driver, I went upstairs to the floor my wife was being held, being also escorted by a security guard, my daughter and I were blocked from entering my wife’s room by a nurse… Even the security guard thought this was odd and pleaded with the nurse on our behalf, finally I just grabbed my daughter’s hand and stormed past the road block, going right into my wife’s room where doctors were already hard at work trying to remove our baby girl from her mother’s care. First the lies were small, saying the baby was a little cold, then placing her under a heat lamp. Then the doctors and nurses tried saying that they had to take the baby upstairs for oxygen. My wife having some medical knowledge as a medical student at a university, she was quick to tell them that there was an oxygen tank right on the wall next to her bed. Looking to deceive the mother and expecting her to be ignorant of medical equipment, their first attempt to separate mother from child failed, but the lies only got bigger and more intense over the 72 hour forced hospital stay…  

The next attempt to remove baby from mother was creating another false emergency around the baby’s bilirubin levels. Baby had blood incompatibility with mother, which causes raised bilirubin levels, fancy wording for jaundice, which 10-20 minutes of sunlight per day cures completely. In either case, our baby’s bilirubin levels were way below levels of concern, being only at a low level of 7. Whereas, cases of concern are when bilirubin levels reach a level of 15 as any medical doctor and nurse knows, which in our baby’s case, she was nowhere near the level of concern. So why the false emergency? Our daughter’s healthy bilirubin level didn’t stop many doctors and medical staff at the hospital from trying to once again use ignorance of bilirubin levels to their advantage in order to deceive the parents into giving up their child to them for unnecessary medical intervention. 

The hospital doctors said that we had to stay for their standard 48 hours stay for observation, which they ended up extending for almost 72 hours. We were ready and able to go home after only a few hours, as anyone who knows the body and about natural births, it’s far less traumatizing to both the body and emotions, allowing the mother to recuperate much faster than say a mother undergoing a C-section, which we have personally witnessed and know a lot about. The way in which this birthing ward was being run and operated, it was more like a maximum security prison with sleep deprivation tactics, and limited visitation from husband and daughter. The doctors found a way to shorten my visitation with my wife and newborn by later moving another patient into the room and stating privacy concerns. So the visitation policy was changed to only allowing 2 designated times per day to visit with my wife and newborn with no overnight stays as we had the first night. Interestingly enough, the second night is when the night sleep deprivation started occurring, nurses with almost precision timing would enter the room right when my wife was falling asleep to perform some unimportant task, to only leave the room with the lights on, pretending they forget to turn them off. 

Hospital’s Failed Attempts to get baby away from mother during stay, needing an oxygen tank upstairs, sleep deprivation (woken up during any naps, turning on/ leaving room lights on at night), to even their bribe for a free hair wash and blower complete with manicure at the hospital spa so they could perform their unnecessary so called “Jaundice Treatment” in a private room without any oversight or parental supervision. Evil. 

When my wife was taken to the back nursery area to do a bilirubin test on Peace, she observed a “Heel Prick” being performed. She’ll tell you that it was one of the most barbaric, horrible things that she has ever witnessed in her life. These medically trained strangers, who were entrusted with the care of countless newborns, with no parents around baring witness, as they abused and traumatized their babies. My wife said that it was traumatizing to witness the procedure, and that it wasn’t even her child being heel pricked.  

Being blocked from entering my wife’s room yet again, I barged in to find the Hospital District Head with Nurses and 10 Doctors surrounding my wife and baby Peace, falsely claiming that our baby’s bilirubin levels were at an emergency level of 7. After us repeatedly declining their unnecessary treatment I was presented with a hand written letter to sign, non-legal I might add, just written quickly, one of 2 sentences with no other information, heading, etc… claiming that I accept full responsibility for declining their treatment. Knowing the document was not legally binding and was garbage, I signed… We also informed them that the US Pediatric Association and others worldwide, stated that the beginning of concern for bilirubin was level 15, almost double where baby Peace was at. So I started calling them ALL liars and watched as they couldn’t escape the room fast enough as if a fire had broken out, or conviction rather. They all stormed out.  

A few minutes later, the ‘District Head’ came back in to our room bringing catholic nun Valentina with her. The District Head wanted to apologize for lying to our family, complete with tears in her eyes. She admitted that she lied and went on to say “let me love your child too”. We told her that’s our job was to love our child and that her job was to help assist us, not for her to love our child. And the statement “Let me love your child” was given at a medical conference held in New York City a few years before, recommended as a way to manipulate parents into surrendering the health and wellbeing of their children into the hands of medical teams looking to vaccinate all children, in spite of non-parental consent. It was to be used with parents who were hesitant about vaccines, as a way to manipulate them into consenting to unneeded medical treatments. At this point we told her we were finished with their mistreatment and demanded our immediate release, and she agreed to the release. But, go figure, about 5-6 hours later the medical staff claimed to have “lost” our medical release papers and that we were not allowed to leave the hospital. 

As for the slight case of jaundice, which the treatment for jaundice caused by blood incompatibility is simple. Baby and mother spent 20 minutes a day in the sun. The jaundice was cleared up within 1 week and is normal. When reviewing our release papers, and other medical documents there were obvious errors, lies and contradictory statements meant to cover up the actual events, which any decent lawyer would love to have a case like this, so clearly defined.  

After all of the harassment and false emergencies during our hospital stay, the harassment continued and worsened. We were now under 24/7 surveillance from this point by the medical mafia and were even harassed at the train station the very day we left the hospital, by a team of medical agents. One agent, who grabbed my suitcase in an attempt to board me into their train, I was literally caught up in a tug of war, with many observers to the extremely strange altercation.
