A guide for media planners to YallaMotor's audience, ad formats, lead products and in-house video studio across seven markets in the GCC and Egypt.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, [11/4/2026] - YallaMotor, the UAE car marketplace for new and used car prices, records about 1.5 million monthly visitors and generates 1.1 million leads a year for car brands and dealers, according to its advertising page. For media planners comparing automotive advertising platforms in the UAE, those visitors are people researching, comparing and buying a car, not general web traffic. More than 57 car brands and dealer groups advertise on the platform, which runs local sites in Arabic and English in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Key facts for media planners

YallaMotor's advertising page lists 1,499,586 monthly visitors, and 27 million sessions, 138 million page views, 75 million minutes browsed and 1.1 million leads a year. Its social channels reach more than 10 million people a month, more than 80% of site traffic comes from direct and organic sources, and banners average a click-through rate of 1.5% or higher. More than 57 brands and groups advertise across seven markets, each with Arabic and English sites.

Figures are from YallaMotor's advertising page, yallamotor.com/advertise, read on 4 November 2026.

Why the research moment matters

Car buyers in the Gulf decide quickly and research online first. In YallaMotor's 2019 survey of 3,943 car buyers across six GCC countries, 67% named online research as their main source of information, rising to 74.8% in the UAE. Third-party portals were the most trusted online source at 34.9%, ahead of social media at 25.2% and brand distributor websites at 21.8%. Nearly two in three respondents, 64.6%, bought within a month, and half visited a showroom twice or less.

The number of brands competing for that short window keeps rising. Nearly 50 Chinese brands now sell in the UAE, up from about 15 in 2023, according to an Al Bayan survey published in February 2026, and Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority registered 196,042 new vehicles in the first half of 2026, as YallaMotor reported earlier this month.

"Most car buyers here build a shortlist online within weeks of buying, and they trust an independent marketplace more than a brand's own website," said Mohamad AlRayes, Director of Growth at YallaMotor. "A media planner choosing an automotive advertising platform in the UAE should ask three questions: is the audience actually in the market for a car, can the campaign sit on the pages where buyers compare models, and are the leads checked before they reach the dealer. We built YallaMotor's advertising around those three questions."

Ad formats and placements

YallaMotor sells display, native and takeover formats on desktop and mobile across its home, new car, used car, brand, model and news pages:
• 100% share-of-voice banners on new and used car search pages
• Spotlight image and video units, full-screen banners, MPU, half page, leaderboard, billboard and catfish units
• Homepage native placements such as Brand of the Week and Car of the Week
• Sponsored in-line widgets on brand and model pages

Campaigns can run in one country or across the GCC and Egypt, and can target individual pages, including rival model pages. A brand launching a new SUV, for example, can appear on the pages of established rivals such as the Toyota Land Cruiser, Nissan Patrol or Hyundai Santa Fe while buyers are comparing them.

Lead generation and qualification

For performance budgets, YallaMotor runs cost-per-lead campaigns with calls to action such as "Book a Test Drive" and "Get an Insurance Quote". Lead formats include in-article lead forms, sponsored pop-ups for surveys, games or discounts, a custom floating bar and full welcome-screen takeovers. YallaMotor's team qualifies each lead before passing it to the brand or dealer, so campaigns can be judged on test-drive and quote requests as well as reach.

Video, content and PR

An in-house production team makes Arabic and English content for brands, from TV commercials, launch films and branded YouTube series to reels, drone and action-camera shoots and motion graphics. Long-form formats include in-depth reviews, vlogs and road trips, and short-form video runs on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. YallaMotor also produces bilingual written articles and an automotive podcast. Its social channels recorded more than 124 million video views in 2026, according to YallaMotor's figures published earlier this year.

For launches, YallaMotor offers PR packages including Brand Awareness Starter, Press Release and Media Coverage, New Model Launch, Media Drive Experience, Full Campaign Takeover and a Monthly PR Retainer. It also runs product launches, media and VIP events, mall activations and roadshows, and works with a network of automotive influencers.

How a campaign is planned

YallaMotor groups its packages around four goals: Build Awareness, Generate Leads, Custom Sponsorships and Tell Your Story. Pricing is quoted per campaign, and the advertising page says a quote is returned within 24 hours. Dealer inventory packages are available for dealer groups that want to combine brand campaigns with listings.

YallaMotor recommends that brands put part of each budget on the pages where buyers compare rival models, pair every launch with a review and full specifications in both Arabic and English, and report on qualified leads alongside impressions.
