DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, [11/4/2026] - Of the 30,881 verified used cars listed on YallaMotor, the UAE car marketplace for new and used car prices, on 3 November 2026, 17,231 were priced under AED 50,000, or 56%. Nearly four in ten, 11,919 cars, were listed under AED 30,000, and 77% were under AED 100,000. The figures come as the UAE used car market, valued at USD 20.5 billion in 2025, is forecast to reach USD 35.7 billion by 2030, according to figures reported by Al Bayan in February 2026.

Key findings

SUVs and crossovers are the most common used cars on offer, with 12,955 listings, ahead of 10,472 sedans. Nissan has the most used cars listed, with 4,466, followed by Toyota with 3,678, Mercedes-Benz with 2,214, Ford with 1,564 and Hyundai with 1,523. Among cars built from 2019 onwards, 2023 is the most common model year, with 2,182 listings.

Mileage varies widely. About 6,400 listed cars have covered under 50,000 kilometres, while 10,605 sit between 100,000 and 200,000 kilometres and 8,090 have passed 200,000 kilometres. Private owners posted about four in five used listings, and dealers about one in five.

"A used car budget goes further in the UAE than many buyers expect, but the spread of mileage and condition at each price is wide," said Mohamad AlRayes, Director of Growth at YallaMotor. "When people ask where to buy a used car in the UAE, the real test is whether a site lets them filter by budget and then check the price, the history and the condition of a specific car before they call a seller. That is how we have set up YallaMotor."

What each budget buys

Budgets above AED 100,000 open a smaller share of the market. On 3 November, 20,664 listed cars were under AED 70,000, 26,223 were under AED 150,000 and 28,019 were under AED 250,000, leaving fewer than 3,000 cars above that price. Lower prices usually come with higher mileage and older model years, so the cheapest listings are where a pre-purchase inspection and a vehicle history report matter most, while service history and remaining warranty carry more weight in the price of recent large SUVs and luxury models.

How buyers can check a used car on YallaMotor

YallaMotor's UAE site lets buyers filter used cars by city, price, model year, mileage, seats and body type, and compare a used car with the current new price and specifications of the same model. Listings come from more than 500 dealer partners and from private sellers across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain and the northern emirates.

YallaMotor advises buyers to set a budget that includes insurance, registration and a pre-purchase inspection, compare at least five listings of the same model and year, and treat a price far below similar cars as a reason to ask more questions.
