YituCare Launches Multilingual Site for China Medical-Travel Coordination
Coordination service helps international patients organize airport reception, hospital appointment requests, visit support, and return logistics — without providing clinical care
HONG KONG — October 31, 2026 — YituCare today announced the launch of its public website, https://www.yitu.care/, a multilingual hub for people planning medical travel to China. The service focuses on journey coordination: airport reception, hospital and professor appointment requests, accompanying visits, hospital-stay logistics, recovery support, and return-travel handover.
YituCare is not a hospital and does not diagnose, treat, or perform surgery. Licensed hospitals and clinicians make clinical decisions. Appointments, admission, and procedures remain subject to each provider's review and confirmation. The company does not guarantee professor availability, surgery dates, or clinical outcomes.
"Families often struggle less with the clinical idea of seeking care abroad than with the practical middle: who meets them at the airport, how an appointment request is filed, who helps on the hospital day, and how records are handed over for the trip home," a YituCare spokesperson said. "We built the site so travelers can understand that coordination path in clear language before they decide whether paid support is needed."
The site describes a journey framework that typically runs from pre-departure planning through local reception, appointment coordination, examination and treatment visit support, hospital-stay logistics once a hospital confirms a plan, then recovery coordination and return. Exact hospitals, specialists, schedules, and inclusions are agreed case by case under a written scope. General information and an initial discussion of needs are free; individual research, preparation, and coordination are paid services that start only after written confirmation.
Destination guides currently cover major China medical-travel hubs including Beijing, Shanghai, Hainan, Guangzhou, and Xi'an, with additional city material on the site. The website is available in seven languages: English, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Indonesian, Spanish, and French.
Editorial profiles of hospitals and specialists are drawn from public information. Inclusion on the site does not mean partnership, guaranteed availability, or a clinical endorsement. About-page materials are marked as an editorial draft dated 2026.09.30 with clinical review pending.
Enquiries begin on the free visit planner at https://www.yitu.care/consultation/. Users prepare a brief on the site, then paste and send it themselves on WhatsApp to +86 133 3546 0865 (https://wa.me/8613335460865). Nothing is auto-sent from the website. The site does not create hospital appointments, accept medical-record uploads, or collect payments.
"Clarity about boundaries matters as much as logistics," the spokesperson added. "Travelers should know what coordination can organize — and what only a licensed clinician and receiving hospital can decide."
