Redland City Council has selected PRIME BPM, a cloud-based business process management platform, to strengthen its digital transformation program and improve operational efficiency.
The Council will use PRIME BPM to map, analyse, and optimise processes across departments, reducing reliance on external consultants while building internal capability for long-term process improvement. The move comes as the Council progresses with its enterprise resource planning (ERP) rollout, with PRIME BPM serving as a foundation for standardising workflows and ensuring consistency.
“Our Digital Transformation Program is focused on building smarter, more efficient ways of working,” said Mitch Miller, CIO of Redland City Council. “PRIME BPM provides the right tools for our teams to capture, understand, and refine processes, supporting both our ERP implementation and broader operational improvements.”
The software’s user-friendly design allows employees at all levels to participate in process mapping and improvement, embedding a culture of ownership and collaboration. By streamlining operations and enabling process transparency, the Council expects to accelerate project delivery and enhance service outcomes for the community.
PRIME BPM’s deployment at Redland City Council reflects a growing trend among government organisations adopting business process management tools to drive efficiency and support digital transformation strategies.
