Bridgewater, N.J. This clinic is located at 406A N Broad St, Elizabeth, NJ 07208, marking the company’s ninth facility in Union County.

Clinical Director Cinderella Abdullah, PT, DPT, will lead the Elizabeth clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Fatima University in the Philippines, and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Utica College. She joined JAG Physical Therapy in April 2025 and specializes in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Dry Needling, TMJ Dysfunction treatment, Myofascial Cupping, and Pelvic Rehabilitation. She is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

The Elizabeth clinic offers specialized services such as physical therapy, dry needling, return-to-sport, and occupational therapy.
