CALIFORNIA, USA — September 17, 2026 — American Dance Training Camps (ADTC) offers an immersive summer dance camp experience in California’s Sierra Mountains, combining professional dance training, outdoor adventure, friendship and summer activities in a setting near Lake Tahoe.

The ADTC California Dance Camp, known as the ULTIMATE Sierra Tahoe location, provides young dancers with an opportunity to develop their skills while enjoying a traditional overnight summer camp experience. The program welcomes dancers of different experience levels, from beginners to competitive dancers.

Campers participate in approximately four to five dance classes each day, with core instruction in styles including contemporary, hip hop and jazz. Depending on the program, dancers can also explore additional styles such as Broadway, lyrical, ballet, tap and world dance. Classes are taught by professional choreographers and experienced dance educators.

Beyond dance instruction, the California camp offers an environment designed around friendship, creativity and summer adventure. Campers are grouped according to age and ability and have the opportunity to perform in a Friday Show, giving them a chance to share their work with fellow campers and staff.

The camp is located in the Sierra Mountains near Lake Tahoe and close to Palisades Tahoe. The surroundings provide a distinctive backdrop for an overnight summer camp experience, while on-campus activities and camp amenities add to the overall program.

Accommodation includes double, quad and sextet dorm rooms with shared bathrooms. Dorms are organized by age, with female staff members housed on each floor to provide supervision and support. Camp amenities also include laundry facilities and a Dance Canteen offering snacks, basic supplies, apparel and souvenirs.

The California program is supported by a team of professional dancers, choreographers and educators with experience across multiple dance disciplines. The staff includes instructors with backgrounds in ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, Broadway, tap and other styles.
