GlobalX Publications | Amb. Dr. Deepa Chhagan Lalloo, a business advisor and professional in the field of organisational psychology. Deepa's professional focus is the intersection of human behaviour and organisational performance and leadership.

Leadership is not just about goals and delegation of tasks, although this is part of it. It's also about how other people act in the face of change, how they work with one another, and what they believe to be demanded of them. Organisational psychology will shed light on the human aspect of organisational life.

Deepa has an MSc in Organisational Psychology (University of London) and has experienced HR, organisation design, employee engagement and development, change management and leadership development. She has previously been involved with managing talent, leading organisation development initiatives and employee engagement with BDO, as well as Human Resources with Ava Care Health Group Global.

She was an assessor for the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (September 2018 - August 2025) as part of her participation in leadership development and professional capability.

Deepa is Founder and Managing Director of Altius Global Advisory. She applies a human centric point of view to business and organisational issues. Deepa's areas of professional interest revolve around enabling organisations to understand what they need to be capable of and how to work to do that.
