Amb. Dr. Deepa Chhagan Lalloo Aligns Human Capabilities With Strategic Business Priorities.

GlobalX Publications features Amb. Dr. Deepa Chhagan Lalloo, who is a professional with integrated expertise in the fields of organisational psychology, human capital and strategy business consulting.

A business plan might set our bold goals but whether or not they are actually achieved will depend on whether an organisation has the right people, skills, systems and leadership in place. Human resources are now identified as a critical strategic variable.

Deepa's experience exemplifies this link between strategic planning and operational delivery. Working at Ava Care Health Group Global, Deepa spearheaded the creation and centralisation of HR operational functions for 18 subsidiaries in 12 African countries, the UAE, India and Kazakhstan. She was responsible for planning workforce transformation and aligning people-related activities in multiple business markets.

Her former role at BDO focused on organisational development, talent management, performance management and employee engagement. These activities provide a way for organisations to link individual contributions to the larger goal, as well as identifying ways to further improve performance.

Deepa is Founder and Managing Director of Altius Global Advisory, and helps organisations push the boundaries of human potential, organisational psychology and business performance. Her educational credentials include an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of London.

Her career trajectory has demonstrated the saying that strategy is not just planning, it's also about the enabling, and bringing people along with you.

GlobalX Publications offers the opportunity for new authors to publish the books they wish to write to showcase their research and expertise. Publish with us. Professionals and organisations are welcome to publish their books, biographies, theses, research and business stories.
