Her professional areas of focus also include shared-services, workforce transformation and HR strategy. These areas require organisations to decide what to standardise, where local agility is important and how to share the load of operations.

Having completed an MSc in Organisational Psychology at the University of London, Deepa has a good understanding of both behaviour and organisation. She heads Altius Global Advisory bringing a cross-disciplinary outlook to business and organisational issues.

Her career highlights the significance of linking strategic plans to operating models and talent capability.
