Deepa's professional profile combines deep expertise in executive management, organisation psychology, business transformation and entrepreneurship. She has held a variety of positions in managing complex human capital projects, structuring organisations, and developing leaders' effectiveness in international contexts.

She was responsible for building and centralising human capital operational functions within 18 subsidiaries across 12 African countries, the UAE, India and Kazakhstan at Ava Care Health Group Global. While at BDO she specialised in talent management, leadership development, employee engagement and organisational development.

She has also been an assessor for the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (September 2018 to August 2025) where she assessed senior executives and also fed back about developmental areas.

Her educational qualifications are; Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from the University of London. Awarded the Peace Ambassador award and Doctorate Honorary by Kennedy University in 2026 (specialising in Organisational Psychology, Strategic Management and Leadership).
