Amb. Dr. Witney Emmanuel Laizer is introducing an international business perspective to publishing at GlobalX Publications.

His professional background is in finance, business management, healthcare sustainability, public health, research and data analytics.

The non-profit has evolved her career expertise in Tanzania and the Netherlands, where she has worked in financial administration, accounting, billing, collections, reporting, sales, marketing, and organisational operations. Her extensive professional base has shaped her larger view of the organisation's ways of resource management and managing evolving operational issues.

Current Position: Senior Billing & Collection Administrator Macrogen Europe BV As a Senior Billing & Collection Administrator at Macrogen Europe BV, her duties cover billing, account management, payment monitoring, collection, financial administration and reporting.

Her professional background consists of finance administration at Greenlane, finance coaching at Alter Domus, finance administration at Delta Electronics, and sales and advertising and marketing at Wittenborg College. Each function helped her to realize a very good understanding of finance, administration, reporting, buyer engagement, and organisational processes.

Her educational background goes beyond conventional business courses. Witney is a Doctor of Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability from Selinus University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of the People and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics & Finance Management from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences.

For her doctoral research, she is dealing with sustainability of healthcare in Germany. She is researching sustainable healthcare management, resource consumption, innovation, digitalisation, waste management and collaboration of healthcare players.

Witney has also done data analytics training to complement her business and financial expertise with analytical skills.

In her role as author for GlobalX Publications, she is consolidating those experiences into academic and professional knowledge exchange. Her story illustrates how work and higher educational experience from the international context can contribute to interdisciplinary research interests.
