GlobalX Publications founder, Amb. Dr. Witney Emmanuel Laizer is adding the human touch to the discourse on sustainable health care with business insights.

Her story as an entrepreneur reflects how a career in finance and organisational management can translate into research.

Her doctoral research focuses on the value and challenges of sustainability in healthcare services in Germany, with a focus on sustainable healthcare management, resource use, innovation, digitalisation, waste management, as well as stakeholder collaboration.

This research is funded by multidisciplinary studies which covers business administration, economics, finance, public health and sustainability. Laizer studied Business Administration BBA in Economics and Finance Management at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. She also graduated with an MBA from the University of the People.

Afterwards she continued with a doctorate in Business, Management, Public Health and Sustainability at the Selinus University.

Her professional background includes employment at Wittenborg University, Delta Electronics, Alter Domus and Greenlane. During this time she gained experience in sales and marketing, accounting, finance administration, reporting, reconciliations and corporate procedures.

She has been working at Macrogen Europe BV since 2020 as Senior Billing & Collection Administrator. Her job is to coordinate billing, oversee accounts, follow up on payments, and do collections and accounting reports.

Aside from her education, Laizer also participated at a Data Analytics Programme at Ironhack in 2026, broadening the analytical side of her professional profile.
