Amb. Dr. Witney Emmanuel Laizer is a testament to a career that has defied professional boundaries to integrate business and finance with public health, sustainability and data analytics.

Initial career path She was interested in economics and its underlying issues long before deciding to pursue higher education studies in the Netherlands. She studied a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance Management degree at the Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences and an MBA degree at the University of the People.

Her professional growth has focused on sales and marketing, financial administration, accounting, billing, collections and reporting. She has held positions at Wittenborg University, Delta Electronics, Alter Domus, and Greenlane, where she gained exposure to various facets of organisational activity.

She has been employed by Macrogen Europe BV since 2020 as Senior Billing & Collection Administrator. Her position is involved with financial administration, billing management, account management, payment follow-up and collections.

My Business and Finance experience has been complemented by my academic work in public health and sustainability. Laizer has done his doctoral work in the fields of Business, Management, Public Health and Sustainability at Selinus University.

Her doctoral thesis evaluates the concept of sustainability in German healthcare services including aspects such as resource use, innovation and digitalisation, waste management as well as interaction between stakeholders.

She continues to develop her professional profile with Data Analytics studies at the Ironhack school in 2026, now that she has another one.
