Experience: Laizer brings with him practical knowledge in billing, collections, accounting, financial management, reporting, sales and business operations. Experience has given her exposure to the financial and operational data organisations rely on to track performance and make decisions.

Her education has been just as multidisciplinary. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance Management at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, an MBA from the University of the People and PhD studies in Business, Management, Public health and Sustainability at Selinus University.

Again, in 2026, Laizer took a Data Analytics Programme at Ironhack to complement her focus on business and finance with more analytical skills.

Doctoral project Her doctoral project focuses on sustainability in healthcare services in Germany. The research focuses on areas such as resource utilisation, digitalisation, innovation, waste disposal and stakeholder cooperation. In these areas, organisations are under increasing pressure to deliver their work both efficiently and sustainably.

2020- Present Laizer has been working as a Senior Billing & Collection Administrator at Macrogen Europe BV since 2020. Here she is responsible for Billing Coordination, Payment Monitoring, and Collection, and Financial Reporting.
