Originating from Tanzania, Laizer's education and work career have been shaped in the Netherlands. Her academic background is diverse and includes business administration, economics, finance, accounting, sales & marketing, data analytics, as well as public health and sustainability.

Her post-secondary education consisted of a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance Management at the Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. Since, she has been pursuing her post-secondary education by completing an MBA at the University of the People and a Ph.D. In Business, Management, Public Health and Sustainability at the Selinus University.

Throughout her career, She started her career as a Sales & Marketing Assistant at Wittenborg University before obtaining finance administration experience at Delta Electronics. She has also worked at Alter Domus and Greenlane in the Netherlands where she has acquired hands-on experience in accounting, reconciliations, reporting and financial administration.

7 Current position Laizer has been holding the position of Senior Billing & Collection Administrator at Macrogen Europe BV since 2020. Her work entails billing coordination, accounting, collections, payment follow-up and financial reports.

Another international aspect of her profile is her research. Her doctoral work is on sustainability in healthcare services in Germany tackling issues of resources utilisation, innovation, digitalisation, waste disposal, and stakeholder cooperation.
