Her studies have evolved together with her professional career: she has been working in these sectors since finishing her studies: Witney received a PhD in Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability from Selinus University. She also earned an MBA from the University of the People and a Bachelor of Business Administration, specialising in Economics & Finance Management, at the Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. She was also trained in Data Analytics by Ironhack.

Her Doctorate research is about sustainability in the healthcare services in Germany. This research investigates sustainable healthcare management, resource management, innovation and digitalisation, waste management and collaboration between healthcare actors.
