Witney is presently employed as a Senior Billing & Collection Administrator for Macrogen Europe BV. Her duties include billing coordination, account monitoring, follow up on payments, collections, financial administration and reporting.

Her career experience spans Greenlane, Alter Domus, Delta Electronics, and Wittenborg University. She has experience in finance administration, accounting, corporate procedures, sales, marketing, reporting, and business support.

Her academic background also underpins her cross-disciplinary approach. She obtained her PhD in Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability at Selinus University, an MBA at the University of the People and a BBA in Economics & Finance Management at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences. She has completed Data Analytics at Ironhack.

Over the course of her doctorate, she is researching on sustainability in healthcare services in Germany. It addresses issues related to sustainable healthcare management, utilisation of resources, innovation, digitalisation, waste management and cooperation among healthcare stakeholders.
