Her research is in sustainability of health services in Germany, with emphasis on sustainable healthcare management, resource utilisation, innovation and digitalisation, waste management and stakeholder engagement.

About the research Laizer's academic training that combines business and public health research includes: a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics and Finance Management Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, an MBA University of the People doctoral studies in Business, Management, Public Health and Sustainability Selinus University.

Her background brings another organisational point of view. She has been employed in the areas of sales and marketing, accounting, finance administration, billing, collections and financial reporting.

In addition to this, she also has two hands on the experience of working as a Senior Billing & Collection administrator at Macrogen Europe BV since 2020. Her duty includes billing control, accounting, follow-up of payments, collections and financial management.

She is responsible for the part of her previous experience at Delta Electronics, Alter Domus and Greenlane, in the fields of accounting, reconciliation, administrative finance, corporate documentation and reporting.

In 2026, Laizer continued to hone her technology skills by completing Data Analytics Programme at Ironhack, boosting the analytics side of her multi-disciplinary background.
